RUTAGENGWA Eugene: Name Change Request’s Announcement
We inform you that the named RUTAGANDA Eugene, son/daughter of Simuhuga Isaac and Mukangamije Evaste, domiciled at Marembo I village, Kanserege cell, Gikondo sector, Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name RUTAGANDA Eugene to be called RUTAGANDA Eugene KIRARI in the National Population Registry.
The reason for the change of name is that Matching my identification with the one in my other passport.
